Harrold Counseling and Wellness is honored to be a place that you feel comfortable showing up just as you are. First founded as a part time venture in 2016, Harrold Counseling became a full time practice in 2020 focused on helping individuals who desire healing. Our hope is to be a presence in the Winston Salem community to provide supportive services and counseling in addition to help decrease mental health stigma.

Dr. Jordan Harrold, DSW, LCSW

Jordan is the owner and one of the therapists of Harrold Counseling. Born and raised in Winston-Salem, Jordan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2009.

Jordan’s ideal clients are adults that are ready to show up in the spaces that are not easy. People who are looking for a safe space to explore and learn more about their feelings, how our thoughts impact our feelings, and ways to better understand ourselves. She has experience working with people in all body sizes who want to improve their relationship with food and their body. Jordan also has extensive experience and research knowledge for those experiencing young widowhood.

Jordan believes that everyone deserves a safe space to be able to just show up as you are. When she is not in the office, she is spending time with her family and friends, volunteering with Magnolia Harbor Carefarm, and researching and being a voice and advocate for young widows.
