  • Dr. Jordan Harrold (she/her)

Jordan is the owner and one of the therapists at Harrold Counseling. A Winston-Salem native, she’s a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing since 2009.

Jordan enjoys working with adults who are ready to lean into the hard stuff—those looking for a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore their feelings, understand how thoughts and emotions connect, and deepen their self-awareness. She has experience helping individuals of all body sizes navigate their relationships with food and body image, and she brings both personal insight and research expertise to her work with those experiencing young widowhood.

At her core, Jordan believes everyone deserves a space where they can show up exactly as they are. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find her spending time with her family and friends, volunteering with Magnolia Harbor Care Farm, and continuing her advocacy and research on behalf of young widows
